During 2006 Cup: You must have played, and sent the score for, at least one game. It did not matter whether you won or lost.
During 2007 Cup: Unsure of how scoring was tabulated. I assume that playing at least one game would earn some kind of score.
During 2008 Cup: Given out for at least 1pt score.
During 2009 Cup: Given out for at least 1pt score.

Release Text: Yup! They're finally here. Make your way over to the Altador Cup Prize Shop to pick up your trophy and select your prizes! From there, you can also claim your prizes from the Staff Tournament and the Awards Ceremony.
How to Get: Awarded as a prize for participating in the annual Altador Cup. You needed to have played and sent at least one game score.
