Potion Bottles

Blue - slow down your bat, but not the ball (stays till the round or your life ends)

Red - Fireball! Destroys evrything in its way, even the blocks (stays for a short time)

Purple - Increases size of your bat.

Magenta/Pink - Decreases size of your bat to very small.

Red-Yellow - Change coordination of the bat: Press left, goes right: Press right, goes left (till the round or your life ends)

Blue-Light Blue - Speeds up your bat until round or life ends

Yellow - Explodes all bombs on-screen

Red-Black - Restores all boxes in current round, but only as many boxes as were on-screen before getting bottle need to be destroyed to clear the round

Green-Blue Flashing - Removes all enemies on-screen

Green-Black - With controllable rocket you can destroy one of the box's numbers (one use)

Yellow Star Potion - Extra life (Submitted by ryanpwnzyou)

Bag with cash - extra 50 points

Large bag of cash - extra 500(!) points (Submitted by blue_eyed_tiger_j)

White - Removes all of the blocks in the level except for one. (Thanks golden_rainfall!)

Boxes

Flames - Destroys other boxes under it

Bomb - Destroys boxes round it (2 to all sides)

There is also a skull which drops down during the game that causes an instant game over. (Thanks for confirmation maui059!)
