Following a database corruption on 9/25/2009, we initiated a rollback to restore the corrupted information. However, a number of recently created accounts were not available in that backup file.

If you registered between 9/20/09 and 9/27/2009, and your account no longer exists on the site (check here, or try logging in to your account), please fill out the form below. We will do our best to restore your account information, including fonts, daily lists and any other information we still have on file.

Request an Account Restoration

• Please make the email subject Account Restoration: (your avatarlog username), filling in your account's username in the parentheses.

  For example: "Account Restoration: starry"

• Please send the message from the email address that you registered your account with. We need to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the email that registered the account.

• Did you have any fonts, dailies, packrat lists, petpet alerts, custom lists, or other customizations on your Avatarlog account, that would help us identify your account in our records? The more details you provide, the more likely we'll be able to find your account among the records :) If you remember that you had your avatar list "in order", the first three avatars you earned (in order) might also help us find your account.

• Include the following restoration key in the email:
